Today we had a boost from Satmap, the outdoor navigation equipment company. They have kindly helped us to acquire the equipment we need to safely navigate our way through our adventures.

I have personally used their equipment for many years which are reliable, tough and easy to use. We specially like to thank Ben for taking the time to listen to our hopes and dreams and support us in achieving our goal of raising the awareness of Bile duct Cancer and Sepsis through our charitable endeavours.

Abbeycroft Leisure is our local Sports and leisure complex which provides all manner of facilities for the community, all of which are particularly useful with our training needs. Our fitness is key to our success and we are lucky to have such a good, welcoming and professional facility so close to us.

I was lucky to be nominated for a Community Hero award for our charitable efforts and very fortunate to actually be awarded the prize of a years subscription for the the leisure centre. We are honoured to receive this award and its timing could not be better.

Both on behalf of Micatravels and personally I would like to thank the Directors, Media team and the selection committee for the award and the front of house and fitness personnel that are very welcoming, helpful and well informed as to what is best for us fitness wise to achieve our charitable goals.
