Sunday was another mammoth day for mileage, averaging nearly 100 miles a day over the weekend!

While its easy to get distracted by the numbers in the images, I cant thelp but feel so proud of the group, we are scattered accross the country, all suffering the loss of Mum, let alone being in Loc...
Lockdown Challenge - Day 3...... The Results
So the first weekend of our challenge is upon us, and what can I say the team did not disappoint.
The group chats are awash with autumnal pictures, from our walks, bike rides and runs, spurring everyone on, whilst desperately hoping we will be able to do our Lakes walks in December. As much as we miss going out as a group, we are focussing on the positives and seeing it as an opportunity for us...

Waterproof, that’s a laugh!
The rain bashed against the window as I awoke. It was another Saturday, which meant another walk. Oh well it looks like we will be getting wet, at least we can try out our stuff for weatherproofing! As usual, people starting to descend upon the base camp. We are a bunch of 5 with mixed abilities but high hopes and determination. We had chosen to do a 7 mile circular romp along the Stour valley ...

Bing bong, Bing bong, the noise goes as it slowly seeps into my ears and awakens me to the reality that a mob will descend upon my house in less than an hour.
